Job Description

• Lead the Large/Medium development project delivery as TPM working closely with internal/external business/tech partners. Work as Business Analyst/Architect role depends on the needs in the project.
• Lead the Large/Medium development project delivery as TM. Manage the test strategy, test data setup, test execution and facilitate defect resolution working closely with platforms & business stakeholders.
• Support Portfolio management including status tracking, KPI management, reporting, presentation prep for leadership meetings, and project quality management.
• Support Production operations and issue handling if the opportunity arises.

Job Qualification:

• 5 years+ working experience within Financial Services, ideally in Credit Card, Fintech or Payments processor as a TPM, TM, Business Analyst/Architect, or similar roles at technical side. Not business side roles.
• Hands-on Business Analyst/Architect/Test Management/Project Management experiences supporting Medium to Large Agile projects which involves 50+ project members with cross-platform delivery
• Understanding of the matrix organization as well as be comfortable operating in the ambiguity.
• Excellent communicator, presentation and fluent in Regional and English language covering reading, writing and speaking. For non-native individuals at least a JLPT 1 level required.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships with business, product & tech stakeholders, and ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels across the organization to achieve program goals.
• Leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, leveraging effective negotiation and influencing skills to reach desired outcomes.
• Self-confident with a strong sense of integrity and the ability & willingness to learn, challenge and be challenged.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Scaled Agile framework. Basic database, file transfer and network knowledges.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience of technology production operation support, infosec and audit related principal and practices ideal.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Rally, Clarity, Power BI.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
