Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager. This individual will play a critical role in solutioning for our customer, supporting pre-sales, and managing cross-functional global teams.
• Project management: planning, scheduling, and team coordination
• Supporting presales activities and business development
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Indian offshore teams
• Financial analysis: budgets, risks, resource allocation
• Reporting and executive updates
• Overseeing solution and technical architecture
• Leading PMO activities and process improvements
• Ensuring project adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Documentation of project scope, execution, and value justification
• Industry research and innovation recommendations

Qualifications:

• Min. 8 years of IT industry experience
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Experience managing cross-country teams
• Proficiency in full-stack development and large-scale projects (Java/J2EE)
• Cloud technology experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior domain knowledge in Finance and Transportation is a plus
