【役割と責任】
このポジションはPeople Operationsチームに属し、事業計画達成のため、各ポジションの採用責任者と連携し、人材採用における要件定義、採用戦略の策定、母集団形成などの幅広い役割を担います。リクルーティング活動を通じて、社内外関係者との中長期的なリレーションを構築しながら、弊社が求める人材の採用に貢献いただける方を募集しています。
