You will directly engage with clients via phone and email, providing expert guidance and solutions. You'll leverage your Azure expertise to not only troubleshoot issues but also proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to client systems. This role demands strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate challenging customer situations with grace and professionalism.■Main tasks include・Lead the investigation and resolution of complex customer issues related to Microsoft Azure.・Develop and maintain comprehensive case documentation for effective tracking and knowledge sharing.・Proactively recommend solutions and improvements to enhance customer experiences and system performance.・Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve highly complex issues.・Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.If you are interested in this position, we'd like to hear from you by applying now.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
・Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
・Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the Microsoft Azure platform.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
