Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs effectively. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure alignment between development teams and life insurance business stakeholders. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI for tracking and reporting.
