2. 日本の購買チーム全体へアサインされるGlobal projectへの対応（システム改善、コスト削減等）
3. 日本の購買管理業務への対応（各監査対応、契約書管理、 ベンダー管理、環境活動等）
＊2.3.に関してはDirect、Indirectどちらにも跨るものを指し、日本購買チームの管理者である資材課長が案件単位でアサインします。日本の資材課長は、アサイン状況と達成・貢献度合いをレポートラインへ適時報告し、その報告内容は年度末の人事評価の際に考慮されることになります。
