EVO Group – Dieppe, NB

EVO Group in Dieppe, NB is looking for an experienced Steel Siding & Roofing Foreman/Installer to join our growing, family-oriented company. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and leading a crew on commercial projects throughout NB, NS, and PEI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew installing steel roofing and siding systems on commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Lay out, measure, cut, and install steel panels, trims, flashings, and accessories
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, customers, and inspectors
• Train and mentor less experienced crew members
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and job documentation
• Travel to commercial job sites across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island

Requirements :

• 3+ years’ experience in steel roofing/siding installation (foreman experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of steel cladding systems, fasteners, sealants, and flashing details
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow layout plans
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Valid driver’s license
