Join our expanding Stryker Endoscopy R&D team, where you'll have the opportunity to lead the design of cutting-edge electrical subsystems for innovative medical devices. In this highly collaborative environment, you'll work on impactful projects and play a key role as a dynamic engineer driving the next generation of our products.

This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, Canada, with an expectation to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • You will be part of a multi-site team that designs and develops electrical components and subsystems for medical devices, including Endoscopy's most impactful products.
  • You will develop and apply advanced circuit and system test methods in collaboration with the R&D Test team.
  • You will conduct advanced prototyping, testing, and problem-solving.
  • You will translate user needs into design specifications in collaboration with the R&D System's team.
  • You will participate in design reviews with cross-functional team members and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You Need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Embedded design experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of high-speed circuit design and PCB layout.
  • FPGA design experience
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance procedures.

$95,000 - $151,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
