About the job: 

Join our retail team as a Part Time Associate Personal Stylist at our boutique in the heart of the Old Port! Our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors, offering a curated selection of high-end products, combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Associate Personal Stylist is responsible for shaping exceptional walk-in-based shopping experiences for our clientele. These experiences act as the foundation for the Associate Personal Stylist to cultivate meaningful client relationships, granting them the ability to act as a trusted advisor, both in-store and online, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Through their willingness and excitement to engage with clients, the Associate Personal Stylist will contribute to the team culture and foster creative exploration of the SSENSE space and product catalogue. 

• Create and execute personalized and unique styling experiences through providing exceptional customer visits.
• Cultivate genuine and loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement before, during and following client visits.
• Achieve visitor-model sales targets, KPIs and sell through for all in-store activations by ensuring excellent level of customer experience in line with SSENSE Montreal brand strategy.
• Assist with client issues for resolutions and win-win solutions that enhance customer experiences
• Ensure the point of sale experience is accurate and efficient, leveraging SSENSE Systems and technology as necessary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or customer service
• Excellent knowledge of the labels carried by SSENSE including creative direction, history, and technical garment information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Web and computer-savviness
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high level of customer service

What sets you apart: 

• Experience with operating POS system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Flexibility in regards to the schedule (3 days, including a store closing and a weekend shift)
• Highly competent with technology and mobile applications.
