As a Mobile System Engineer you are responsible for setting up an evaluation environment and testing debugging characterizing and evaluating the performance of low-power DRAM products in order to evaluate the compatibility of low-power DRAM products on mobile systems.

Mobile System Engineerとしてモバイルシステム上で低電力DRAM製品の互換性評価するため評価環境の立上げ及び低電力DRAM製品のテストデバッグ特性評価及び性能評価を行えるようにする責任があります

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Use oscilloscopes logic analyzers protocol analyzers etc. to evaluate and validate LPDRAM on a mobile system. These products include next-generation LPDRAM and PIM.
• design and develop software for evaluation verification and analysis.
• Bring up and debugging the evaluation environment and firmware.

• 評価検証及び解析用のソフトウェアの設計開発を行います
• 評価環境及びファームウェアの立上げデバッグを行います

Qualification

Required (either experience is acceptable)

• Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Experience in software development (Python C/C etc.)

Desired

• Experience with DRAM Experience with protocol analyzers
• Experience working with Unix/Linux terminals
• Experience in system development or evaluation
• Middle-level English language ability
• Japanese language capability
