求められる経験
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

● A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
● Proven experience with both frontend and backend development, focused in Python and JavaScript language and frameworks.
● Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
● A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
● Fluency in English and Japanese language skills.
