We are developing a system that enables people to efficiently and practically gain security knowledge, by personalizing learning based on each individual's skill level and activity history .
Our engineering-driven team is at the heart of this initiative, creating impactful products that make real-world learning more effective.

We're now looking to welcome two new engineers to the core development team driving this mission forward.

Open Positions (1 person each)

① Backend & Infrastructure Engineer

You'll be responsible for building and operating a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support our product-mainly using Python and AWS .

② Product Engineer (Feature & User Experience Focus)

You'll work closely with the PdM and designers to create valuable features from scratch , building experiences that directly improve how users learn and grow.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with the following skills and experience :

• 4+ years of web application development

• Backend experience in Python or TypeScript

• 2+ years of development using AWS

• 1+ year of experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams

Experience in security or education is not required-but curiosity and a willingness to learn are highly valued!

Work Conditions

• Employment type : Full-time (4-month probation period)

• Annual salary : ¥7M-¥12M (based on experience and skills)

• Work style : Fully remote by default (with a Tokyo office), flexible working hours
