Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing onsite IT support.
  • Having good technical skills in ServiceNow (Vancouver), ITSM, VPN, LAN, WIfi, Router, Datacenter, Bluecoat, Netapp, Vendor Control Management, Service Desk Engineer as Tier1 and Tier2
  • With experience in diverse IT roles across multiple companies—such as data centers, call centers, service desks, field engineering, network support, sales support, security engineering, programming, and ITSM management—I excel at seeing the complete picture of IT operations work
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
  • Experience with ticketing tool (preferably ServiceNow)
  • experience on MS O365 suite

Japanese Languages: Monolingual Japanese(N3-N5) and business level English required
