Job Title: ServiceNow Automation Engineer Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Preferred) / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX / Birmingham, AL / Phoenix, AZ(Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Looking for a ServiceNow Automation Engineer for the Infrastructure Provisioning Group. The engineer will required to work on automating and provisioning services both on-prem and in cloud environments using ServiceNow, with a strong emphasis on Cloud Accelerate and Metal-as-a-Service modules. Responsibilities: Lead and support automation for infrastructure and service provisioning using ServiceNow. Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code for platform provisioning, both on-prem and in cloud. Build reusable automation modules and workflows to reduce time to market. Work with cross-functional teams to support evolving Cloud Accelerate capabilities. Ensure operational readiness and supportability of automation solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in root cause analysis. Skills: Strong engineering background with extensive ServiceNow development and implementation experience. Hands-on experience in automating infrastructure provisioning. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and workflow development. Exposure to or familiarity with Cloud Accelerate and Metal-as-a-Service modules. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure concepts. Nice-to-Have: Direct experience with Cloud Accelerate in ServiceNow (preferred, but not mandatory). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
