As an IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining highly skilled professionals to meet the permanent and contract staffing needs of our clients. This role requires an understanding of the latest technology modernization trends, and related skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Administer and evaluate technical assessments and coding tests.
• Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and hiring best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive reference checks to validate candidates' qualifications and professional background.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the Canadian market.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top technology talent.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and emerging tech trends.
• Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
