About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team for an exciting RPO project focused on hiring tech profiles. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists, and other tech positions.
Collaborate closely with client teams to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and your network.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide a high-touch, consultative approach to both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics to track success and provide insights.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on tech profiles (Software Engineering, Data, IT, etc.).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and the specific skills required for tech talent.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, as you will be working with clients and candidates in Japan.
Experience in working with RPO projects or managing recruitment for external clients is a plus.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
