Title: Senior Product Manager - US Business Deposit Products (GTM), Global Transaction Banking Requisition ID: 202027 Salary Range: 110,700.00-211,800.00 Please note that the Salary Range shown is a guideline only. Purpose: Contributes to the overall success of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) in North America by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities: Leads and drives a customer-first culture to bring in new clients to the Bank, deepen existing client relationships and improve client experience. Conceptualizes, develops, leads/supports and implements GTM strategies for the US Business Deposit Products, including GTM roadmaps, strategic and tactical GTM plans, initiatives to enhance competitive position, and improve customer experience. Supports the Director – US Business Deposit Products, the Product Owner(s), Sales teams, partner teams and the leadership team by leading and managing the end-to-end GTM lifecycle for new and existing clients. Responsible for managing the GTM and promotion of new US-domiciled deposit products and related solutions. Generates customer insights and market benchmarking to identify and execute on GTM opportunities. Identifies product education and training needs to deliver multi-channel programs for the sales teams, across the enterprise. Outlines, tracks and executes on the E2E GTM strategy and project plan. Manages partner, business line, sales and vendor relationships for the portfolio. Communicates GTM plans, proposals, updates, and progress updates to the sales teams and all stakeholder teams. Creates an environment for effective and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to day-to-day business controls. What You'll Bring: 7+ years of experience with managing Commercialization initiatives or Sales experience for global transaction banking products. Knowledge of business deposit products, industry trends, sales practices, policies and procedures. Product management experience is an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic negotiating skills. University Degree in business or economics (MBA an asset). Working Conditions: Located at our New York office. Hybrid work environment with the expectation to be in office 3-4 times a week or as needed. Limited travel domestically and to Canada. Interested?
