Job Title: Senior Organizational Development Leader
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Leader for an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded organization based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This strategic role reports to the AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development and focuses on applying organizational psychology and development strategies to enhance business performance, employee experience, and leadership capability across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, and external consultants to assess organizational behaviors and implement impactful development strategies.
Lead the design and delivery of programs that foster talent growth and a culture of continuous development.
Conduct assessments and apply data analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
Enhance employee experience by optimizing lifecycle touchpoints, from onboarding through offboarding.
Drive talent management initiatives such as succession planning, competency modeling, and psychometric assessment use.
Advise on organization structure and workforce planning aligned with strategic goals.
Coach and counsel leaders and employees on development, career planning, and performance improvement.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field is highly preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in OD, talent strategy, and employee engagement work is required.
Strong understanding of OD/OE practices, performance management, and organizational metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing sensitive or confidential information.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Doctoral degree in I/O Psychology.
Certifications in HR, OD, or Talent Development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD-CPTD).
Experience with psychometric tools such as Hogan, DDI, or similar instruments.
Compensation and Benefits:
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: On-site – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. REMOTE 1 day a week. Relocation package available.
Salary: 100K-150K based on exp. 6.5% bonus potential.
