This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, optimize processes, and ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions across multiple regions and teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing strategic vision with hands-on project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project charters, detailed plans, communication strategies, and closure documentation.
  • Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and project objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and deliver updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the outcomes and business value resulting from project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience delivering complex IT programs.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations; familiarity with data engineering or analytics projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, or complex business environments is preferred.
  • Business analysis skills are a plus.
