The Role
This is a fully remote role. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world.
Job Summary:
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling Mellanni’s influencer, affiliate, and press programs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset to identify what’s working, double down on high-ROI channels, and pivot when needed. You’ll oversee a mix of ongoing campaigns and experimental initiatives, applying a start-stop-continue approach to ensure every partnership delivers measurable value. From negotiating with top creators to launching affiliate partnerships on emerging platforms, you’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
As a leader, you will mentor and grow a small, high-performing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard. You’ll build strong internal and external relationships, manage budgets, and leverage data to inform decisions across influencer, affiliate, and press channels. Success in this role means turning performance insights into action plans, creating scalable processes, and consistently uncovering new opportunities for Mellanni to connect with audiences. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, with the ability to drive sustainable growth in a fast-moving environment.
