Position SummaryThe Facilities Senior Manager (Lead) is responsible for overseeing a strategic client account, ensuring operational excellence, and driving long-term value creation. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the client, leading all aspects of facilities management, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual and performance expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Contract Oversight•Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the overall contract relationship.•Act as a strategic business partner, understanding the client’s goals and aligning service delivery accordingly.•Interpret contract scope and lead delivery efforts to ensure compliance with all requirements.•Foster a collaborative and proactive approach to managing service expectations.Operational Leadership•Lead day-to-day operations and ensure consistent, high-quality facilities services.•Allocate and manage resources to meet service level agreements.•Drive process improvements and innovation to increase efficiency and service performance.•Oversee the execution of facility inspections, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Team Management•Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, ensuring high engagement and performance.•Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, development, and performance management.•Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.•Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.Financial & Strategic Planning•Manage account-level financial performance, including budget planning and cost control.•Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency.•Identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion within the client account.•Influence client budgeting and planning processes to align with strategic goals.Risk & Compliance•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.•Promote risk awareness and audit readiness across the account team.•Lead incident response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning.•Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness.Reporting & Communication•Produce and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and client updates.•Ensure clear communication between the client, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.•Act as the single point of contact for senior-level communication and escalation managementSupervisory Responsibilities•Provide formal supervision and leadership to the facilities management team.•Approve staffing decisions, promotions, and performance-related actions.•Deliver performance evaluations and development plans.•Lead by example and promote company values and professional conduct•Additional Responsibilities•Support the client’s evolving business needs, including portfolio expansions or contractions.•Align country-level strategy with regional or global account initiatives.•Lead renewal and scope expansion efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders.•Represent the client’s interests internally and advocate for solutions that enhance their business outcomes.
