  • Visual design experience using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms, and social channels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Interest in education or global communication is a plus

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team in Shibuya. This is a mid-level, full-time role focused on helping us plan, create, and execute campaigns that span paid advertising, creative content, and data-driven outreach across multiple brands.

You’ll be joining during an exciting phase of growth as we expand and strengthen our in-house marketing capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital operations, or creative production who’s ready to take ownership and grow with us.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2C digital marketing campaigns
  • Create Japanese-language content for social posts, landing pages, and email newsletters
  • Design marketing visuals using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva
  • Build and edit simple landing pages or templates using CMS tools like WordPress
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Yahoo, Bing, and YouTube
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and other tools
  • Manage content schedules and posts across key social media platforms
  • Coordinate internally with teams and stakeholders to align on campaign goals and timelines
  • Work with PPC vendors, creatives, and PR/media partners to launch and maintain campaigns across new and existing channels (including print, media, and affiliate networks)
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas for marketing growth across all channels

Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: Full-time employee (正社員)
  • Location: Shibuya, Tokyo (Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office depending on season)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 – 18:30 (1-hour break included)
  • Trial Period: 3 months
  • Overtime: Minimal, but may occur during peak campaign periods
  • Annual Holidays: Approx. 120 days (weekends, public holidays, year-end breaks)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Yearly Salary: Up to ¥10,000,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
