(Maternity Cover)

Reporting into:  Executive Creative Director’s

The Role:

We’re looking for a proven, talented, and experienced Copywriter who has an endless stream of original, impactful ideas...

We are looking for someone whose skill sets are dexterous and networks, well-connected. We want confident, conceptual, and collaborative thinkers who display an innate drive, hunger, and ambition to push creative boundaries and make industry-defining work.

As part of the Experience team at Ogilvy UK, you will bring exceptional creative thought, brilliant copy to a broad range of high-profile brands. In our world, no day, nor brief, is the same, meaning agility and efficiency are vital.

About you:

First and foremost, you’ll be a top-notch creative human.

It’d be helpful if you have good knowledge of the CRM and data world, with a particular interest in the future of the sector.

You’ll have a background in direct and customer comms and understand the power of owned channels to drive trust and truth.

You’ll have a great eye and a love of the craft of art direction. And you’ll be itching to pass your knowledge on to the more junior members of the team.

You’ll be a strong creative leader, able to clearly give direction and support to more junior members of the team.

Senior Creative Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strong creative output, supporting the Creative Director where necessary
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Create structured work that clearly articulates an idea.
  • Process information supplied by client/strategy/account services and translate into effective creative work.
  • Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends.
