運用/開発中の私募ファンド保有物件のアセットマネジメント業務
アセット/ポートフォリオの中長期運用計画、年次予算の作成
アセット/ポートフォリオの収益向上施策の立案・推進
アセットの売却の判断、ディールの実行
アセット取得時のアンダーライティング補助
アセット/ポートフォリオパフォーマンスモニタリング及びグループ内他国アセット・ファンドマネージャーとの連携
投資家レポーティング等

【応募条件】
必須条件：
不動産アセット/ポートフォリオマネジメントに関する知識、実務経験
キャッシュフローモデルの作成・分析、投資に関する知識、実務経験
社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション能力
基本的な PCスキル（Excel、PPT等）
大卒以上
希望条件：
不動産ファンド、不動産アセットマネジメント会社、事業法人、ならびに金融機関等において、不動産のアセットマネジメントまたは不動産投資の業務経験（5年以上）
ビジネス英語（読み書きができるレベル。TOEICスコア目安：850以上。ただし、スコアより、実際に使えるレベルにあるかを重視）
