As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
Lead a team of on-site security officers
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security officers
Responsible for ensuring that instructions are understood, updated, and followed by all security officers
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties
Qualifications For Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada
This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
Excellent leadership skills
Minimum 2-5 number of years of supervisory experience in security and team management
WSIB approved first aid certification
Hold a valid Ontario security license
Minimum high school diploma
