The Role

In this role as a Technical Account Manager, you will lead the success of key customers and drive maximum value throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Working closely with sales and technical teams, you will build strong relationships with customers as a strategic advisor, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to customers' technical leaders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to propose ways to expand the adoption and value of solutions.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, leading internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations and drive operational improvements.

Your Skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within the IT industry
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), networking, and security
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Project or program management experience is a strong plus
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level reading/writing in English
