Account Manager Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing escalated inquiries and incidents promptly and professionally
• Translate customer expectations and contractual requirements into operational action plans
• Ensure all sites are fully staffed with trained and motivated team members who meet service standards
• Drive corrective actions and improvements to maintain high levels of service quality and compliance
• Monitor key performance reports, including overtime, staffing, and license status
• Complete and maintain Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and other required documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and union representatives on personnel-related matters as needed

Qualifications to be Account Manager - Security

• 1–2 years of Account Management experience
• Previous experience in the security industry is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
• Professional certifications, such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Clean criminal record and legal eligibility to work in Canada
