Working Title: Scheduler, Part Time
Employment Status: Part-Time
Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

New Hire Schedule: Must be flexible to work on weekends, evenings and statutory holidays

Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Scheduler , we’d ask you to do the following for us: 

Scheduling:

• Post hourly associate schedules on weekly basis.
• Process vacation requests; schedule replacement staff.
• Replace all calls for sick, late, no show, vacation, LOA, Union leave, etc
• Maintain phone lists for all staff
• Record, track and maintain call-out procedure and call-out documentation as per the collective agreement

Administration:

• Send posting information to the Union
• Track and invoice the Union for granted Union leave

• High working knowledge and proficiency utilizing PC based tools (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as attention to detail
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
