Position: Project Lead/Project Manager (10-12 Years)- SME Upper Body
Hybrid work

Job Description:
1. Experienced in Design & Development of BIW Upperbody from the concept to mass production Design
2. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance
3. Experience in Upperbody Feasibility check, Layout fixing and Master sections Creation
4. Experience in Roof, Fender, Quarter Panel, Body side Outer, Body Side Inner, Hood
5. Design stage interactions with digital designer, packaging
6. OEM experience in Product Development with experience of complete life cycle.
7. Good knowledge in Sheetmetal design
8. Communication with onsite and understand the design modification
9. Should Have Experience with Asian / Japanese Customer
10. Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level
11. Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
12. Guide team on continuous quality improvement
13. Discussion with Onsite & customer and align Maturation with Project schedule
14. Knowledge on Side Impact, Front Impact Regulation for Asian and European market
15. Worked in alteast two complete life cycle of Upperbody design
16. Knowledge on Product Quality, Product Finance, and cost
17. Have Experience in supplier selection based on complexity and tool cost
18. Good knowledge in Stamping process
19. 3D,2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 & Catia V6
20. Should understand the weld gun layout, Layout Check sheet
