In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and market growth for the company's high-performance interconnect solutions by executing strategic sales plans and identifying new business opportunities.

Description

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial and manufacturing products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Tokyo.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to management.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

* l Over 5 years of Sales experience in the electronics components, connectivity or relevant fields.
* l Experience working with customers from Aerospace and Railway industries is a big plus.
* l Native Level Japanese, Business Level English proficiency.
