About The Role As an
RSA Archer Developer , you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise risk management solutions using RSA Archer. You will be a valued member of the
Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
- In this role, you will:
- Install and configure RSA Archer packages and applications across environments, ensuring smooth deployment and version control.
- Design and implement complex workflows using Archer’s Advanced Workflow capabilities to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain data feeds for importing/exporting data between Archer and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Configure and manage Data-Driven Events (DDEs) and notification rules to trigger actions and alert users of key events.
- Implement and maintain role-based access controls to ensure appropriate user permissions and security compliance.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered - 4–6 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer (v6.9 or higher; v6.12+ preferred).
- Proven experience in designing and deploying Archer applications and packages.
- Strong understanding of Advanced Workflow, DDEs, notifications, and access control within Archer.
- Experience developing and maintaining data feeds for integration with external systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
These Will Help You Stand Out - Familiarity with the .NET framework, including C#, SSIS, and SQL.
- Experience in systems administration tasks such as monitoring, configuration, backup, authentication, and performance tuning.
- Strong coding practices with a focus on defect-free programming and peer code reviews.
- Ability to contribute to project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.
