Rights Coordinator

Opportunity for a strong rights coordinator to work within a high paced publishing environment.

Responsibilities

1. Maintains a constant flow of production files to licensees for three high volume subrights departments.
2. Communicates schedules as files become available and maintains shifting priorities as new requests come in.
3. Works with the production and designs departments to troubleshoot files issues if they arise.
4. Creates invoices for files purchased.
5. Works with Credit Services to track and chase payment for files.
6. Communicates a monthly report of all sales for each of the three teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Excellent project coordination skills, including ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple ongoing projects
• Communicates in professional and timely manner with key stakeholders on scheduling, prioritization, and project status
• Experience or familiarity with similar high volume project management preferred.

The salary range for this position is $52,500 - 55,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
