They are seeking a driven and experienced Retail Manager to spearhead their retail operations in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Retail Manager, you will be responsible for defining, proposing, and continuously animating the Japan retail network to achieve ambitious sales and qualitative targets. You will oversee the development and execution of annual sales plans, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency. ■Requirements
・3-5 years of retail management experience in the luxury goods industry.

・Strong understanding of the Japanese retail landscape and market dynamics.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
・Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
・Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

・Fluency in Japanese and Business-level English.
