Requirements
We are hiring an experienced Glazier with strong skills in residential glass service work, custom shower enclosures, storefronts, and commercial glazing . You'll install, repair, and service a wide range of glass products with precision and professionalism.
✅ Install custom frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures
✅ Install and service commercial storefronts, aluminum doors, and sealed units
✅ Handle glass replacement and repair work for homes and businesses
✅ Perform accurate site measurements and layout installations
✅ Safely transport, handle, and install glass and related hardware
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle
✅ Use our internal systems (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet) to document job details
✅ Interact with clients in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
✅ Collaborate with team members on larger projects and complex installs
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in glass installation (showers, storefronts, or equivalent commercial/residential glazing work)
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
✅ Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
✅ Can follow process, systems, and best practices with consistency
✅ Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
✅ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at various heights
✅ Willing and able to provide 24-hour on-call service on rotation
