Reporting to the Supervisor of Procurements, Tenders, and Payments, the Research Analyst plays a key role in supporting procurement and accounts payable functions, while also advancing data analysis and process improvement initiatives. The position is responsible for monitoring and responding to funding requests, and providing procurement support to the Branch. The Research Analyst also contributes to procurement policy adherence by liaising with Purchasing and Materials Management Division (PMMD) to ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, support the development of divisional procurement strategies, and assist in the preparation of procurement-related documentation, including specifications, scopes of work, and business cases.
