ARC Document Solutions is hiring a Regional Print Estimator . Position Title: Regional Print Estimator Location: Riot Creative Imaging Los Angeles Office Team: Southern California Operations (local and national projects) Reports to: Angel Martinez, General Manager Riot LA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible/overtime as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Compensation: $24-28 per hour (based on experience; open to discussion) About the Role Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Estimator to join our Southern California Operations Team. This role is central to managing and coordinating all aspects of project estimating, including installation components such as: Graphics and signage Digital displays Promotional goods Mounting and finishing Small-format marketing items You’ll ensure clients and sales teams receive timely, accurate, and well-structured estimates that align with project goals and maintain profitability. This role bridges client consultation, vendor coordination, and internal collaboration to keep quote requests moving smoothly from intake to completion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for incoming quote requests Review project plans and documentation to build accurate quotes Develop estimates using Excel and internal platforms (MFG) Collaborate with sales and production teams to define project solutions Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and pricing Maintain pricing guidelines and profit margins Track quote status and follow up with stakeholders Create and manage work orders for production Update CRM (HubSpot) with client and project details Support billing and profitability tracking Participate in process improvement initiatives Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Foster a service-oriented, collaborative team culture Qualifications 2+ years in estimating, project coordination, or production support (graphics/signage/construction preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, costing templates, analysis tools) Experience with estimating platforms (MFG, PrintIQ, PACE, or similar) Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Exceptional organization and multitasking skills Clear, professional communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why Join Riot At Riot Creative Imaging, you’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting some of the most visible and complex projects across Southern California and beyond.
