Position: Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Yonge and Eglinton (hybrid set up)

Job Type: Permanent Fulltime

Salary Package: Salary plus commission and bonus

Number of Openings: 2

AG Globe Services is one of the major providers of clinical and non-clinical healthcare staff across the United States.

We work with Clinical and Non-Clinical professionals to be deployed at Long-Term Healthcare facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centers and Behavioral Health Facilities.

We are currently seeking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct thorough interviews to gauge the suitability of the candidate for the position.
  • Reviewing applicants' resume/curriculum vitae
  • Communicating efficiently with potential candidates ensuring the requirements for the position are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate

Requirements:

  • This position relies heavily upon communication, ergo, the Recruitment Consultant must have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to succeed.
  • We are looking for individuals with entrepreneur mindset, enjoys working in fast pace working environment, adaptable to change, team-player and motivated to achieve financial goals.
  • Further, this position requires that the individual have at least a high school degree, although a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment.
  • Agency experience preferred.
