What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential new clients. You’ll lead with confidence, build meaningful relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and intelligent consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling : Engage decision-makers daily via high-volume outbound calling, presenting our recruitment services with confidence and clarity.
  • Lead Generation : Identify, qualify, and nurture new client opportunities across our four key verticals.
  • Client Relationship Building : Develop trust-based partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to understand their talent needs.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline status, and follow-ups in our internal CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Candidate Sourcing Specialists to deliver qualified candidates and coordinate successful placements.
  • Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, client pain points, and competitive positioning to tailor your outreach strategy.
  • Goal Tracking : Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and deals closed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience : 1+ year in outbound sales, recruitment, or client-facing B2B environments (cold calling experience required).
  • Drive : Fearless on the phone, hungry to grow, and excited to build a book of business.
  • Communication Skills : Clear, persuasive, and authentic — you know how to listen and how to sell.
  • Organization : You love systems, hit deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.

  • Team Player : While you’re independent, you also collaborate well with sourcing and operations to ensure client success.
