We are currently looking to expand our team and bring on a Recruiting Specialist to support our hiring efforts and ensure we continue to attract top-notch candidates.

Position Summary:

As a Recruiting Specialist, your main responsibility will be to conduct phone screenings and effectively communicate with candidates. This is an associate-level role that plays a crucial part in the candidate selection process. You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and engage potential candidates who are the right fit for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication throughout the candidate engagement process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by actively sourcing and networking with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to understand job requirements and develop targeted candidate profiles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by answering questions and providing feedback when necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to candidate tracking and database management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software is a plus.

Location: Remote

Rate: $25CAD per hour, negotiable according to experience
