This position is designed as a training phase, giving you hands-on experience and structured learning to set you up for success in the industry.
From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training followed by an OJT (On-the-Job Training) program, where you’ll actively apply your knowledge while being mentored by experienced professionals.
【What You’ll Do】
・Connect with top talent – Source candidates through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, BizReach, etc.) and introduce job opportunities.
・Build relationships – Engage and follow up with candidates to support them throughout the hiring process.
・Manage internal data – Keep our database updated and organized.
・Support senior consultants – Assist with tasks like taking meeting minutes and collaborating with the research team.
・Learn from the best – Shadow experienced professionals to gain recruitment insights and industry knowledge.
No strict quotas or sales targets! While we set KPIs as recommended guidelines, our main focus is on your personal and professional growth.
