Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Montreal, QC

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team in Montreal, Canada . The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing interview logistics, supporting recruitment campaigns, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams (virtual, phone, and onsite).
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, maintaining requisitions, and tracking candidate movement in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, hiring managers, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives across Montreal and nationally.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports, and help ensure compliance with hiring policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Canadian privacy laws).
  • Monitor and update recruitment metrics and dashboards for team reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience by serving as a friendly and helpful point of contact throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or coordination roles (internship or co-op experience accepted).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel); experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
