Job Title: Senior Recruiter / Account Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19149

Work Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Senior Recruiter / Account Manager to join our light industrial staffing team. This role is ideal for a professional with proven recruiting expertise and a talent for building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, fulfilling staffing needs efficiently, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will act as both a trusted staffing advisor and strategic partner to clients while leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, and other light industrial positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their staffing needs, business goals, and work environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Conduct on-site visits with clients to strengthen relationships and monitor workforce performance.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating client needs.
  • Ensure all placements align with client requirements, safety standards, and compliance regulations.

Account Operations

  • Oversee order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of quality talent.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, client satisfaction, and account performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and operational challenges.
  • Monitor and address employee performance issues, attendance, and workplace incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in light industrial staffing.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and sales goals.
  • Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations in light industrial settings
