Casual Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Winnipeg, MB
Job Type: Casual

About Us

Staffmax is currently looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on an Casual basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment
• Book and manage appointments by phone, email, and in-person using Jane App
• Maintain accurate electronic client records
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage direct billing to insurance companies (TELUS Health, Blue Cross, Sun Life, etc.)
• Ensure clients are informed about clinic policies, services, and products
• Promote massage treatments, wellness packages, and retail products
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management
• Perform light cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness of the reception area
• Track inventory and notify management when stock is low
• Assist with administrative tasks including typing and recordkeeping

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a massage therapy clinic, physiotherapy office, or medical setting
• Experience with direct insurance billing is required
• Experience using Jane App or similar booking systems is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Must have legal ability to work in Canada
• Vulnerable sector check required

Compensation
The salary for this position will be determined based on experience
