Kyndryl is engaged in system construction and delivery for our client companies.

We, Service Excellence department, are engaged in activities to maintain and improve delivery and project quality so that Kyndryl's construction and delivery projects can serve our clients without system incidents or project execution problems. As a member of the department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

Kyndryl is engaged in system construction and delivery for our client companies.

We, Service Excellence department, are engaged in activities to maintain and improve delivery

and project quality so that Kyndryl's construction and delivery projects can serve our clients

without system incidents or project execution problems. As a member of the department, you

will be responsible for the following tasks.

- Analyze data related to project quality and costs, create effective reports for quality improvement and cost reduction, and distribute them to relevant internal departments

- Analyze data visualizing system stability and provide the project team with information that leads to innovative proposals

- Provide quality reports that support project managers and line managers in reducing workload and mitigating their load

- Lead the implementation of advanced analytical techniques, including AI

- Provide leadership in team management and driving transformation

- Able to take on challenges in new areas with a positive attitude

- Have good communication skills with the ability to talk and coordinate extensively within the company across departments.

- Mainly working from remote, but may come into the office based on needs.

Who You Are

- Experience in defining requirements, collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data for data analysis

- Logical thinking skills to solve problems based on information derived from data

- Ability to visually represent data using Excel and Power BI

- English communication in emails and meetings

[Preferred Skills and Experience]

- Ability to use statistical techniques essential for analyzing and interpreting data

- Experience in participation in system implementation projects

- Project management experience in system construction projects

- Experience in quality management related work
