The opportunity:
EfficiencyOne is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support the Efficiency Partner Program (EPP) and the organization's Quality Assurance Program . This role is responsible for coordinating partner risk assessments, managing program Quality Control (QC) activities, and generating performance scorecards. The Specialist will act as a key liaison among internal teams, partners, and inspectors to ensure consistent quality outcomes and support a strong customer experience.
What Will Help You Succeed?
The identified target salary range for this position is between $58,000 - $63,000 per annum. Consideration may be made for individuals with greater experience in Quality Assurance.
