業務内容
- Engage with policy stakeholders to shape high-level policies and regulations across therapeutic areas.- Plan, execute, and/or support rule-making projects both independently and crossfunctionally, in alignment with corporate strategy and crosstherapeutic/ brand strategy from a life-cycle management (LCM) perspective.- Monitor and analyze government policies, providing insights to the senior management, capability clusters, and enabling functions, as well as the global Public and Governmental Affairs (PGA) community to continuously update XXX on high-level government policies and access issues.- Liaise with the central government for XXX to mitigate political and policy risks for XXX’s business, including crisis communication with authorities in collaboration with relevant capability clusters and enabling functions.- Attend trade association meetings to shape industry-level and collective policy recommendations favorable to XXX’s innovation and portfolios.- Actively contribute to the development of the Integrated Business Plan of key brands to accelerate brand growth through bridge access strategy to strategic imperatives of the brand and buy in internal key stakeholders.- Actively participate in the global access strategy as counter partner representing Japan.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

- At least 3 years of experiences in Public and Government Affairs or relevant experiences.
- Communication Skills/ Strategic Thinking/ Negotiation Skills/ Research Skills/ Networking/
Project Management Skills
- Basic knowledge in healthcare system, government and politics in Japan
