The Job

You will be instrumental in ensuring superior development performance and upholding the high product quality of our E-Commerce platform. Leveraging your exceptional communication, IT literacy, and project management capabilities , you will expertly harmonize efforts across diverse stakeholders , from Software Engineers and Product Managers to Customer Support and Designers. Your strategic influence will ultimately accelerate business success by driving continuous enhancements in our development and operational workflows, and by amplifying overall team momentum.

Key Contributions:

• Strategically plan and maintain development schedules, aligning with broader roadmaps and epics.
• Orchestrate and execute 1-2 week development sprints, meticulously tracking and reporting on outcomes.
• Establish clear "Definitions of Done" for all backlog tasks and meticulously prepare tickets for each sprint.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for initial responses to stakeholder inquiries and critical system incidents.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with all key project stakeholders, including Software Engineers (SWEs), Product Managers (PMs), and Customer Support.
• Define critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion initiatives to enhance development, productivity, and operational excellence.

The Profile

• You possess strong trilingual communication skills , fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and Vietnamese, with proficiency in English (CEFR B1 / IELTS 5.5+), enabling seamless collaboration within our diverse development environment.
• You excel at translating complex business requirements into clear system specifications and meticulously manage project schedules and tasks for initiatives lasting two weeks or more, utilizing tools like ClickUp or Jira.
• You demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize effectively and align efforts across various cross-functional teams , including Business Development, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.
• You are deeply passionate about building high-quality software and apply a sharp analytical mindset to problem-solving.
• You have experience in enhancing development team productivity through KPI visualization and measuring product effectiveness post-release, with a focus on metrics like Conversion Rate and Retention Rate.
• You bring valuable experience as an Agile Scrum Master , fostering efficient team methodologies, and are proficient in creating comprehensive documentation using platforms such as Notion, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets.
• You ideally possess a background as a Software Engineer or UI/UX Designer , coupled with experience in data analysis and SQL for table definition.
• You have a history of mentoring junior Project Managers or IT Communicators , contributing to team growth and capability.
