Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager SAP Business One. The Project Manager will oversee SAP Business One implementations, manage project timelines, and coordinate with clients to ensure successful project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include expediting project tasks, inspecting project deliverables, managing logistics, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. The Project Manager will also provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of new functionality
• Manage ongoing projects with existing customers, including:
• Integrations with third-party platforms
• Onboarding of newly acquired business units
• Business process optimization and LOB (Line of Business) changes
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resourcing in collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Facilitate & schedule blueprinting workshops, scope control, risk assessments, stakeholder communication, and change management
• Drive consistent project delivery using SAP methodology and PM best practices (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, development, integration, and support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment, accountability, and a positive experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in ERP or enterprise software implementations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of business processes across logistics, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification or similar is an asset
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects across North American time zone
