As a Remote Project Manager, You Will - Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects with structured processes and systems.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for individual clients and small groups.
- Conduct structured interviews and Q&A sessions with prospective clients (scripts provided).
- Oversee personal development and coaching program delivery for your clients.
- Collaborate with a global team of coaches, marketers, and mentors.
- Attend weekly training and professional development sessions via Zoom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client success and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We Value Diverse Experience. Ideal Candidates Will Have 5+ years in Project Management , Sales Leadership , Consulting , Education , or Coaching . Strong organizational and communication skills. Confidence using Zoom , project management software, and online communication tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn , Facebook , and online marketing (bonus, not required). Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning . A genuine passion for personal development , leadership , and empowering others .
