Job Description

RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY - NOVA SCOTIA

Your New Company

On the East Coast, buildings aren’t just constructed—they’re crafted with care, rooted in history, and designed to stand as part of the community’s story. Our client is a dynamic real estate development firm based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with over 30 years in completed projects that have reshaped the skyline. Specializing in high-rise and mixed-use residential communities, they are deeply committed to creating spaces that reflect the spirit of the Maritimes—where quality of life, connection, and community come first.

Your New Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of large-scale residential developments, guiding each project from concept to completion. This is more than managing budgets and timelines; it’s about bringing homes—and communities—to life. You’ll coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, balancing vision with practicality to deliver projects that exceed expectations. From breaking ground to final handover, you’ll ensure every detail reflects the quality and integrity that this firm is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all phases of high-rise residential construction projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design, budget, and schedule.
  • Anticipating challenges and providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and community partners.
  • Upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance throughout each project.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale residential or mixed-use projects (high-rise residential experience is required).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex project scopes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • A passion for building not just structures, but communities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Nova Scotia.

What’s in It for You

This is your chance to work where the pace of development meets the rhythm of the ocean. You’ll join a company that values innovation, craftsmanship, and the East Coast way of life—where work has purpose, and community is at the heart of everything they do.

What You Need to Do Now

If this sounds like your next chapter, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today or connect with shawna.brothers@foresightrg.com at Foresight Recruitment Group for a confidential conversation.
